Effective date of this policy
The effective date of this policy is October 10, 2021. If this policy is updated, a notice will be made on the home page of this website. Each page of the website has a link to this policy at the bottom of the page.
What personal information do we collect?
We only collect the bare amount of information necessary to process your order. This information includes your name, address, e-mail, phone number, and the details of your order. We use our website host shopify.com and in some cases payment provider paypal.com to process your credit card, debit card, or paypal order. We do not have access to your financial information such as your credit card number. That information is not provided to us by shopify.com or paypal.com. They only provide us enough information to fulfill your order. When you go to the payment page for our website or paypal.com you are providing your information to that company. When the order is completed, they provide your name, address, e-mail, phone number, and the details of your order to us. We then fulfill your order.
What do we do with your information?
We use the information to process and ship your order. We do not sell, give away, trade, or give anyone your information. Our business is to sell you a product. We have no interest in trading away your information. Your shipping and order information may be transmitted to shipstation.com. This is the shipping program that we use.
Disclosure to third parties
We will comply with a law enforcement request or legal subpoena. Otherwise, we don't provide your information to anyone.
Protection of your information
We receive your information from shopify.com or paypal.com through e-mail via our website, or our accounts on shopify.com or paypal.com. The information is also transmitted to shipstation.com to process your shipment. We use gmail to receive our e-mails. We use these websites and accounts for our business to function. It is in our best interest to protect these accounts. We use passwords to protect access to these accounts. In addition, shopify.com, paypal.com, shipstation.com, and gmail all have security methods to prevent their sites from being hacked or compromised. We do not store your financial information. We may store your name, address, e-mail, phone number, and order details on our computers or in our office. We employ virus protection on our computers and keep our files locked.
Reviewing or changing your personal information
Send us an e-mail and we will tell you what information we have. It will simply be your name, address, e-mail, phone number, and order details. If you want us to modify/change this information, we will do so.
What happens if I don't want to provide my information?
You are free to view our website as much as you want. We don't track your information or need your information for you to do that. However, in order to process your order, we need your name, address, e-mail, phone number, and order details. Otherwise, we can't fulfill your order. Ultimately, it is up to you if you choose to place an order.
Tracking software, cookies, do not track, etc.
We personally have not installed any tracking software or cookies on our website. However, our website host, payment processors, shipping processor, and e-mail host may use them to primarily to assist with processing your order.
